The Training and Placement Cell aims to guide teachers in choosing the right career path and provide them with the necessary information, skills, and resources to meet the workforce requirements of the industry. These courses are designed to train candidates who aspire to become future educators in the latest teaching methods.
Teacher training courses are usually designed on a short-term basis to serve the purpose quickly and effectively. There are five main types of teacher education programmes or institutions:
- Pre-primary teacher education
- Primary teacher education
- Secondary teacher education
- Higher education programmes
- Vocational academics training
We have been successful in maintaining our high placement statistics over the years, and the fact that our teachers weathered the recession with record-breaking placements is a testament to our quality.
Our Placement Cell arranges training programmes such as Mock Interviews, Group Discussions, Communication Skills Workshops, etc. Additionally, it also organizes coaching for Public Sector examinations for teachers who are interested in joining Government sectors.
